Study English is very important.
Today, a lot of people speak English in the world. We going to foreign country if we can’t speak English, we undergo have a conversation.

High school student and university student
High school students and university students are two of the many Japanese students. Although they have some similarities, these two Japanese students also have a number of differences.

Health
I think health is very important.
I think two things for keeping my health. First, exercise is very important. I enter a school, I belong club activity and practice dance every Wednesday and Friday. I enjoying club activity.
And I keeping my physical condition.
Second, food is very important. I started livingmyself, I had to cooking myself. So I don't think about health, and I ate my favorite food. So I become indisposed naturally.
I think exercise and food very important for health. So I think take care of my health and I want to spend anjoyable life.

In 2004 40% of australia malts were over weight and 20% were obese. In case of females, 30% were overweight and 20% were obese. Obese adults by age in case of males, most of obese age are 45 to 54 group. And females, 55 to 64 group are most of obese age.
Overweight or obese people are not consider that themselves overweight. Overweight or obese people are more contract a desease than nomal people. But inactivity people of overweight or obese people and nomal people are both more contract a desease compare with active by date of overweight and obesity and physical inactivity: association with selected conditions. "Being increases the risk of obesity, chronic desease, heart desease, come cancers and depression." says Gavin Turrell of QUT professor. And he says "Inactivity is one of main reasons why two-thirds men and over one half of women in the 45 to 64 age group are overweight or obese."

Travel
I like travel. I want to go many place. I want to Oita last manth two days with my friend. I went to Oita second time. Oita is very beautiful place. First day, I left Simonoseki and went to Oita by train. At arrive Oita we went to onsen first. Next we went "jigokumeguri". jigokumeguri is around nine onsen. It's very beautiful and misterious. Next day we lent taxi all day long, and we went to many place for example Yufuin, plateau and farm. Each place very beautiful so I can refreshing and relax. We enjoyed talk in taxi about Oita with taxidriver. This travel is very enjoyable. And I can make beautiful memory. I think travel is spread sence of value. I have never been to foreign country so I want to overseas travel. And Iwant to spread sence of value.

Many people don't want to do continue a serious matter. But it is not, what matter is that you do continue. The moral of this story is important of continue.
I was belong volleyball club in high school. My parents opposed that I belong club activity because they think I don't study hard. But I was belong volleyball club. Bcause I was belong volleyball club when junior high scool so I like volleyball. I made a friends and I enjoyed club activity at first. But I thought retire bit by bit. I practiced everyday without even holiday. I feel envious and not belong to volleyball club when I see friend who not belong to club activity. When I couldn't good play and scolded by the teacher, I think retire many times. And what is worse I didn't study hard. One day I said my teammate to I think retire. And she said “ If you retired now, you will be sure regret.” I persuaded this word when I heard it. And I noticed that I lenient on myself. I decided carry on volleyball. So I was tenacious practice and study haed more.
As a result I was get point in game and became win a game. And enjoy play volleyball and improved my score. If I retired then, I didn't notice enjoyment that get point and win agame. And if I didn't belonged club activity, I didn't meet best teammate and I didn' t notice important of continue.
